ALL STUDENTS MUST TURN IN AN ATHLETIC FORM BEFORE TAKING PART IN THE ATHLETIC PROGRAM. PLEASE SEE THE LINKED FORM ABOVE.

TRANSPORTATION

BUSES Activity buses will be available if your student wishes to stay after school for Intramural Sports or any other club and they need transportation. 

Students can also be PICKED UP at Caloosa. PLEASE line up out in front of the school in the parent drop off/pick up loop.

TRY OUT/PRACTICE DAYS

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 4:15 p.m. to  5:20 p.m.
Students will need to listen to announcements for the exact days of their tryout.

ATHLETIC INSURANCE INFORMATION

  1. Go to the Lee County School District website: https://www.leeschools.net/
  2. Click on “Parent Portal” on the left side.
  3. Scroll down and find School Accident Insurance (under S)
  4. Click on “Student Accident Insurance”
  5. Click on “Click to purchase insurance now”.
  6. Create an account as a parent and fill out the insurance form.
  7. Send confirmation number to Mr. Rains' email address ([email protected]).
  8. Any questions please contact Mr. Rains.
