Junior Leadership: The Junior Leadership Program’s (JLP) mission is to produce better citizens and leaders within our school and throughout our community. The program emphasizes leadership development, positive self-esteem, teamwork, and responsible patriotic citizenship. Students are taught professional courtesy, respect, discipline, and basic leadership traits. A strong emphasis is placed on core values, self-discipline, physical fitness and the desire to be successful in all aspects of life. Junior Leadership promotes these principles through a curriculum that combines classroom instruction, physical fitness, and drill and ceremony.
