REQUIRED
All students MUST have The School District of Lee County Intramural Athletics Acknowledgement, Consent & Release Form (waiver & proof of insurance form) and FHSAA Physical Evaluation (EL2) form turned in to Coach Rains (6-114) or Coach Cojo (Gym) before tryouts.
Boys play first on Monday/Tuesday, and Girls play first on Wednesday/Thursday.
