Sports physicals are now required for any athlete interested in attending a tryout for a sport at the middle school level. Please check out the Athletics page for all required forms in order to participate in tryouts.

**Parents** School Health Entry Exams are not acceptable. A SPORTS PHYSICAL is REQUIRED. You must have the FHSAA form completed.
