A. Two weeks at the max after I turn in the form to my school.

A. The location on Del Prado Blvd. next to the Burger King.

A. Payment is needed to place the order.

A. There is no expiration date in the coupons.
Q.Who is the check made out to?
A. Checks are made to Caloosa Middle School
Q.Do you take cash?
A. Yes, in the full amount.
Q.Why are we fundraising?
A. To raise funds for the 8th grade students.
