Hello! My name is Jaclyn Rone. I was born and raised in Cape Coral. I graduated from the University of Central Florida. Go Knights! This is my second year here at Caloosa Middle. This year I will be teaching 7th grade math and AVID. AVID is a college/higher education preparatory program. I love playing soccer, reading books and relaxing at the beach. Looking forward to a great school year. Go Cougars!

My name is Germina Symonette and I am pleased to be your child’s 6th grade Math teacher. This is my 6th year teaching. When I'm not at school, you can find me: Spending time with my husband and kids, Exercising, Watching movies, or Cooking.

I love teaching here at Caloosa Middle. I currently teach 6th Grade Math, and a Robotics Class.
In my Robotics Class, we get to build an Underwater Robot, which includes skills needed in the real world. We learn to solder, and do a little wiring . We also will build a Claw Bot. This Robot will be able to be driven with a programmable Joy Stick, and have the ability to pick up items. Similar to other Robots seen in Competitions. While Math and Robotics are my favorite subjects, I most enjoy my relationships with my students. Middle Schoolers are sometimes strange and quirky, but so am I. Every year I look forward to the new students who come my way."

This is my 12th year at Caloosa Middle. My love of the warmer temperatures brought me to Southwestern Florida. Although I was born and raised in Philadelphia, I am happy to be living and working in this beautiful area. I love helping students in their journey to become independent learners and critical thinkers. Math is a great way to learn problem solving skills that can be utilized in any path that students choose to follow.
