In 2007, the Florida Legislature amended the Florida Sex Offender Statutes. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) now maintains a public, automatic email notification service regarding sexual predators and offenders.

The Lee County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, is pleased to announce the Florida Sexual Offender/Predator Email Community Notification Services is now available.



Information may be requested in two different ways:

1. Select an address of interest

2. Select an offender of interest

We encourage you to sign up for this free service by:

1. Visit the Lee County Sheriff’s Office website at http://www.sheriffleefl.org

2. Click on SEX OFFENDER EMAIL NOTIFICATION

3. Follow the instructions to register your request
